Dale E.Sypho is the founder and sole proprietor of Direct Accounting & Tax Service,- a Grand Blanc, MI-based business specializing in Income tax preparation and IRS representation. As a tax professional, Dale has helped individuals, families, businesses, and non-profit organizations navigate the complex US Tax Code. His years of experience and ongoing tax education enable him to solve the most challenging tax issues and disputes.

Prior to starting his own firm, Dale was a Public Accountant and tax preparer for Kontinental Mortgage, H&R Block, and Jackson Hewitt Corporation.

Dale received his AS Degree in Accounting from Wayne College of Detroit. He has earned the Certified Tax Professionals license designation from the Department of the Treasury of the IRS and is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Certifed Tax Professional. He is a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals, and the National Association of Federated Tax Professionals, He lives and works in Grand Blanc, Michigan with his wife Patricia, and enjoys spending time with his family.
